Collection and return
We don’t charge for drive time or fuel.
During your booking, the first hour of labour is billed by default.
A minimum of 2 loaders are provided; this allows for the safe lifting of heavier items and means faster loading.
For larger storage plans, extra loaders will be provided.
Labour costs will vary depending on the plan you choose, each mover is charged on an hourly basis.
You can schedule a return delivery by log in to your account or calling us 48-hours ahead of your chosen return date.
